Return & Refund
Returns Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@mickymart.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos where applicable
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of submitting the return request.
Return Approval
- All returns require prior approval before being sent back.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
- For items originally shipped with free delivery, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
Returned items must be received in original condition to be eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect or missing
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once assessed and approved:
- We will repair, replace, or resend the item or affected part
- Replacement of damaged parts is only available if the item has not been assembled
- If the incorrect item was received, it must be returned in original condition before the correct item is sent
If damage occurs due to inadequate repackaging by the customer during return, the customer will be liable.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Before Dispatch
If the exchange request is made before shipping, additional shipping fees may be avoided.
After Delivery
If the item has already been delivered:
- Return shipping costs apply
- Any shipping fee difference will be deducted from the refund
- The exchanged item will be sent once the original item is received and approved
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, a 10% restocking fee and any third-party payment processing fees may apply
- If the order has already been shipped or scheduled for dispatch, shipping fees and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to finalise the transaction

Warranty Policy (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Warranty Coverage
- All baby products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship
- Electrical toys and play mats are covered by a 6-month warranty
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or incorrect assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Warranty Claims
To lodge a warranty claim:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Contact us with a description of the issue and supporting photos/videos
Approved claims may result in:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund or store credit (at our discretion)
ACL Rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
