All our orders are delivered during business hours.

  • Once payment has been received in full, we will dispatch within 2 business days via Australia Post or other reputable Courier, unless otherwise noted on listing. 
  • Delivery time will take 3 to 8 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
  • Please confirm that your address is the correct one you send us after purchase. If an address is incorrect, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the incorrect address, if the product has already shipped. We will let you know if there is a delay for whatever reason.
  • If you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, please note we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 10% restocking fee will be applied to initial payment. 

      Shipping Rates

      At checkout, shipping rates will be calculated based on your postal code and location. You will have the option to choose from different shipping carriers, each with their own rates and delivery times. Please note that shipping rates may vary based on the carrier you choose and the weight of your order.

      We strive to offer you the most competitive shipping rates possible and use a variety of carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping rates or delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      Delivery & Tracking

      Some of our products are separately packed in 2 or 3 parcels due to the large size. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please do not worry about missing package and allow next 2 - 3 business days for the other parcel's arrival after the first one.

      We will dispatch your order within 2 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne. 

      Please note that we don’t deliver to PO BOX address. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.

      To aid in smooth and speed of delivery, ensure your address is correct during the checkout. With correct information provided.

      Please allow 3 to 8 business days for product to arrive. We highly recommend providing an answerable contact number and email address as we do sometimes make call to follow up item delivery status.

      Your item will be sent via Couriers please or courier depending on its size and weight.


      All our orders require a signature on delivery, if courier attempt and no one was there to receive you might get charged for redelivery depends on the courier so you might leave us note if it’s safe to leave but it doesn’t cover with freight insurance.   


      Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

      We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.

      A calling card will be left at front door for you to arrange a delivery if no one attend to first delivery.

      Original delivery fee will be charged if parcel returns to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to respond to calling card left by courier driver.


      Pick up is available from 36 / 2 Fastline Road Truganina, Melbourne by Appointment. Please Contact us to confirm stock availability prior to collection.

      All the orders are trackable and tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch the orders.


      We apologise for the inconvenience, but in order to ensure that the customer is the rightful owner of the order, please bring Driver license and credit card of the purchase along with confirmation order number when they come to collect it. Otherwise, we will have to cancel the order.

      Additionally, if someone else is picking up the order on customer's behalf, they will need to provide us with an authorisation letter via email. This is to ensure the security and privacy of our customer's orders.

      Our collection policy states that all orders must be picked up within one month of the purchase date. After the free month, a monthly charge of 10% will be applied to the total purchase amount until the order is picked up. If the order is cancelled after the one-month period, a 25% restocking fee of the total purchase amount will be deducted.
